Returns + Shipping
Hidden Beneath understands that it can be hard to find a good fit when buying underwear online. So we are happy to refund or exchange any item as long as it is in the condition it was sent. We would prefer an email beforehand stating the reason why you wish to return/exchange. The customer has 14 days from when the item was received to return/exchange.
Garments are created and shipped within 3 working days of purchase although this can be longer during busy periods. The delivery method is by Royal Mail. Parcels are either sent by standard mail or there is an option to track your order. Hidden Beneath strongly suggests the usage of tracked mail. Hidden Beneath can not be held responsible for delayed mail. If the company agrees that your items have been lost, a discussion will be had via email over a replacement or refund.
Orders to the UK can be expected within 5 working days. Orders to the rest of the world can be expected around 2 to 3 weeks.
Free shipping is currently subsidized by Hidden Beneath and is not included in the price. A small amount of tracked shipping is also subsidized by the company.
Each product comes with 2 years warranty. Hidden Beneath is happy to repair any garment for the small cost of postage.
Payment can be made via Paypal or credit cards can be accepted via Quickpay. All costs are included on the invoice.
